2. Solar panels must be exposed directly to the sun, please remove any possible shelter.

3. Please make proper connection between solar charger and your device with provided cable or a certificated one
4. Check your device to see whether it shows up a charging sign or not,otherwise,re-plug your device or replace another cable.
